            I understand from your 2014 conversation with Rachael Ray that Jill likes to fool you. You mentioned that she once hid in the overhead compartment of Airforce 2 which makes me wonder who was fooling who. Did she prank you today?

            It seems that your speech in PA was a big success yesterday. I like what you said about rewarding work not just wealth & am curious about which of the bridges that you plan to repair are the 10 most “economically significant.” Is it the one on I-75 over Sope Creek in Cobb, GA or maybe I-90, 94 Elevated Express over Stewart Ave in Cook County in IL. Please ask Sec. of Transpo, Pete Buttigieg (PPMB) to publish the list so I can get excited about how you plan to spend my tax dollars.

            Did you speak with PPMB about accepting some Burmese refugees for resettlement in Fort Wayne? Comments by the Myanmar Special Envoy to the UN fueled my concern for the people of Burma. Her comments that we need to “prevent a multidimensional catastrophe in the heart of Asia” & that “a blood bath is imminent,” along with the news that the Kachin ethnic army seized weapons near the northern border with China, got me worried that a World War could grow out of the unrest in Burma. If the ethnic militias coalesce & start accumulating arms, some of the neighboring countries could get involved.

            You may recall that the Revolutionary War started with colonists seizing weapons & gunpowder, so we need to pay attention to what might seem like a minor news item.

            I hope your cabinet meeting goes well today. Will Sec. of Interior Deb Haaland be doing a land acknowledgement to start the meeting? I encourage you to establish some norms to ensure that everyone gets a chance to talk. We will be working on that norm in my seminar next week.
