My dear Friend and President, DJT,

            Have you met Juan Orlando Hernández, the guy in charge of Honduras? Wikipedia calls him a dictator but he did "win" an election in 2017 although the Organization of American States argued it was " plagued by irregularities." I'm not sure if we should call him the "President." 

            Anyway, I'm sure he's confused about where he stands with you. I understand that Bibi Netanyahu was trying to put in a good word for him since Bibi would like Honduras to put its embassy in Jerusalem. Kirstjen M. Nielsen just met with him and signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) on border security cooperation in Central America, and now you have proclaimed you are withdrawing all aid. I'm sure the guy is confused and might turn to China if we bail on him. He's a shady character and his brother's drug trafficking does not help his cause. I really don't know how to advise you on what to do to ameliorate the situation.

            I suspect that you are trying to put such worries out of your mind by playing golf right now. Are you playing with Mike Tyson? I saw a photo of him at Mar-a-Lago yesterday so I assume you two are palling around together. I guess that means he is no longer worried that you are having an affair with his wife. According to the "Sun" you picked up some of your "tactics of ridicule and intimidation" from Mike. If so, I think it's time that you both reconsider your approaches. 

            I need to get going. I have to drive my 95-year old Friend, Grant to Meeting today. He likes to be early so I have to get in gear.
