My Dear Friend & POTUS, DJT,

Did the Dodger players enjoy their visit to the Oval Office? Did Mookie Betts thank you for the compliments? Did the pitchers inquire about your confusing comments about their injuries? Did Shohei Ohtani have any suggestions for improving trade relations with Japan?

Thank goodness that the Andrew Jackson Magnolia tree did not fall on any of the players when they entered the WH. It’s too bad it had to be cut down. Did you have fun planting its replacement? I’m grateful that we have arborists who know their science & could propagate a descendent from the seed of the original that AJ planted when his dear wife, Rachel died just before he took office in 1829.

Speaking of scientists, if you’re not careful, we will lose many of the brightest young people who come from all over the world to study here. Our excellent universities attract them & America will not be great again if you chase them all away. The Chinese, in particular, are panicking. Since they have the biggest population in the world, they have more kids with IQs 3 standard deviations above the mean. We want those kids here, not in Beijing!!!!

Switching topics, my friends are distressed about their 401K plans!!! Please see if you can help them.

Also, please see what we can do to help the citizens of Burma. According to the UN, “more than 17.2 million people are living in affected areas, & urgently need food, drinking water, health care, cash assistance & emergency shelter…People left homeless by the earthquakes are exposed to extreme heat during the country’s hottest & driest month of the year, & rains have already started in Mandalay — posing an additional threat to those sheltering in the open.” The search & rescue teams have gone home, now it’s time to start relief efforts.

I’m curious about why your press conference with Bibi got canceled. I regret that I don’t have time this AM to investigate.
