Dear Friend & POTUS, JRB,

            It’s Friday so I only have a few minutes for our letter before I head off to do some math with the 5th graders.

            I wrote a pretty good letter the other day & now it has disappeared! That happens when my system forces me to update things. I do my best to save my documents & put them away properly, but I’ve never been very good at staying tidy & putting the finishing touches on things, so this week’s letters were not in this document when I opened it back up today. Darn.

            Life goes on!

            I hope you have fun with your buddies in the QUAD today. It’s cool that you are going full circle by having some of the events at Archmere Academy. It’s too bad the students at the school won’t get a chance to meet the PMs.

            While it’s good to keep the conversation going among Japan, India & Australia, you & Fumio Kishida (FK) shouldn’t be making any promises, given that you will both be out of office soon. I hope Anthony Albanese (AA) & Narendra Modi (NM) don’t spend too much time talking through their espionage thing. What’s up with that???

            I know you’ll be talking about the South China Sea & China’s shenanigans there. I heard they are harassing Philipino fishermen again. Luckily, they haven’t done anything too aggressive to Taiwan.

            Please talk about Burma & how you might get aid to the Rohingya. Please pressure AA to take more refugees & tell NM to stop building the border fence in Mizoram. Please request that FM makes sure that Japanese companies stop trading with the junta.

            Do not promise weapons to anyone!!
