My Dear Friend & POTUS, JRB,

            I’m afraid that my husband caught CV from me. I have recuperated with the exception of some congestion in my ears & some lingering fatigue, but it’s hit him pretty hard. He’s complaining of a bad headache & extreme stuffiness. I just gave him some cold medication. I hope it helps. CV is the last thing he needs!

            I’m worried that an innocent man, Marcellus “Khaliifah” Williams, will be executed in MO. The DNA found at the crime scene is not his. Footprints were not his. Please contact Gov. Parsons & ask him to reconsider his decision to lift the stay of execution.

            Did you see David Brooks’ piece about you in the NYT? I found it sobering that he thinks 45 could win in 2024. DB has a soft spot in his heart for you. He approves of your “center-left politics that is culturally moderate & economically aggressive. Aggressive in investing resources in the left-behind places, aggressive in using industrial policy to revive manufacturing, green tech & other industries, aggressive in using federal largess to bolster the care economy.” Simon Montlake provides a similar take in the CSM applauding your efforts to rebuild the Brent Spence Bridge in OH & the Qcells factory in GA.  I am not ready for another round of 45 so I hope the voters notice the good jobs report & these infrastructure investments.

            Did you see that the junta has fired some of its top officials on corruption allegations including Moe Myint Tun, commerce official, Yan Naung Soe, & deputy commerce minister, Nyunt Aung? Another indicator that things are desperate there. Please keep an eye on the situation & look for an opening to ease the tensions.
