            Friday the 13th – Ugh! The only good news that I could find today is that you and Taoiseach Leo Varadkar did a namaste greeting yesterday rather than shake hands. I loved seeing that photo!

            I was disturbed to see 2 photos of you standing close to JMB’s aide and CV carrier, Fabio Wajngarten at Mar-a-Lago last weekend. I’m sorry that you were not practicing “safe distance” precautions and may now be incubating the virus yourself. Your buddies, Senators RLS & LAG, who also met Fabio, are both self-quarantining. Maybe you should do the same. Don’t you think it would be a good idea to, at least, get tested?

            Speaking of good ideas – don’t you think it’s time to make a Presidential Stafford Act declaration and call this CV thing a national emergency. When Disneyland shuts down and March Madness is cancelled, I think everyone in the nation knows we’re having an emergency. Since you called our immigration challenges a state of emergency, certainly you can call this situation one, too. Doing that would enable CA to enroll folks into Medicaid so they could receive health care. We have lots of poor folks who we need to be taking care of so please get busy with that.

            Perhaps some math would help you to appreciate the situation we are in. Take a look at the WP article: This is the coronavirus math that has experts so worried: Running out of ventilators, hospital beds. I’d be happy to walk you through it if you have some trouble with some of the figures.
