My Dear Friend and President, DJT,

Thank God for Day Light Savings! I find it so hard to get up in the dark. Today I was up at 5:30 AM walking the dogs at the break of dawn. I like going outside at that time because I can wear my bathrobe and slippers. I sometimes do that in daylight but I became very self-conscious about it when I heard that George Washington's 7th rule of civility was, " Put not off your clothes in the presence of others, nor go out of your chamber half dressed." I wonder if George would consider sweatpants appropriate attire for dog walking.

How is your whirlwind tour going? I checked out the Macon Telegraph and the Atlanta Journal Constitution (AJC) this morning and neither paper had a front-page article about your visit to Macon today. The AJC did have something about Tuesday being a "deafening crescendo" of the "Blue Wave versus the Red Wall." I would bet on Stacey Abrahms to become governor if Brian Kemp wasn't messing with voter registration.

Isn't Stacey Abrahms impressive? I know you're going to say she's inexperienced at your rally today but I beg to differ. Stacey is a tax attorney so she's good with laws and $$. She's also a romance novelist so she's got a narrative that appeals to women. She's done her homework and she knows all about what a mess GA's healthcare system is in. Folks in rural GA, many of whom are black, have to travel a long way to find a doctor. It's so bad that 2 counties don't have an OB-GYN and GA is the most dangerous place in the country to have a baby. TIME says that folks tend to remember the first time they heard Stacey speak and that her campaign "is an act of imagination". Sounds like presidential material to me!

Happy trails,

RCA

PS - FYI - the 1% do not need tax cuts. I just visited a "second home" in Stinson Beach that is used about 30% of the time. How can we justify that kind of extravagance when there are thousands of people sleeping on the streets of SF less than 50 miles away?
