My dear Friend and president, DJT,

            You were smart to get out of DC this weekend. The city is not the place to be when there is an excessive heat warning. NJ won't be much cooler but at least the air should be cleaner. Do you play golf in the excessive heat? 

            We are going to have another lovely day here in No Cal. High of 90 degrees with 80% humidity. For us that is glorious! My eggplants and tomatoes thrive in this weather. I feel blessed.

            I am writing about the weather this morning because I really don't have much else to say today. I could tease you about having some empty seats in the arena in Greensville this week and ask you to clarify what you really think about the "Send her back" chant that day. I could thank you for your insightful response to a reporter's question about plastic straws. I could counsel you to take it slow as you figure out how to respond to Iran's latest aggression. I could inform you about the sufferings of the Rohingyapeople which, apparently, you hadn't heard about before your visit from Mohib Ullahat the WH on Wednesday. I could question you about whether or not we should be investing billions in sending people to Mars. I could tell you how troubled I am to read that the LAPD infiltrated an activist group planning a rally against your administration. But, I'm just not feeling it today. 

            So, I will just say, DJT, you occupy my thoughts, and when you do, I hold you in the Light and hope that you will let love guide your actions. I wish you peace of mind so that you can focus on the beauty of this Earth and all the people on it. When you do, you will be a happier man and many people in this country will be happier, too.
