My dear Friend and President, DJT,
How was your Thanksgiving dinner? Ours was lovely. Just my husband and I, so we could have our favorite dishes and not have to travel anywhere. I'm the only one in my family on the West Coast so if I want a family Thanksgiving I have to spend two days traveling during the busiest travel season of the year. No thanks!
I understand that you are thankful that you made "a tremendous difference" to the USA. I am not thankful for that. I am thankful that we remain at peace. I implore you to keep it that way.
Speaking of peace, I was disturbed to read about MbS' efforts to secure nuclear reactors in Saudia Arabia. As I mentioned on Tues, the guy cannot be trusted so he should not be provided with the means to make nukes. I suspect that he had Mr. Khashoggi killed because he knew something about MbS's plans. I am willing to pay more for gas to keep nukes out of his hands.
On a lighter note, did you hear the one about the lady who tried to take her emotional-support squirrel on the airplane? I can't imagine how one gets emotional support from a squirrel. In our house, we are agitated by them. They run across our deck to get to the pecan tree in our neighbor's yard. It makes the dogs bark. My daughter plans to trap them so she can try cooking them. Would you like to join us for our squirrel feast? As you may have surmised, she's into being quirky.
WP says Nancy Pelosi is using honey over vinegar to secure her Speaker of the House post. I think that's a great strategy. I encourage you to try it.
I look forward to the "interesting things" that you are considering doing if you visit Afghanistan.
Have a great day!
