It seems that the pardon of Peas and Carrots went well yesterday. I was disappointed that you made a snide comment about the 9th Circuit Court. Please recall that our democracy works best when the President shows due respect to the judiciary branch. Thanks for sending prayers our way. We need them!

It hasn't started to rain yet here. I hope our weather forecast for 2 days of showers does not turn out to be fake news.

Palm Beach Daily News says that it's a great day for golf. It's been over a month since you last played so you might be a little rusty. My first day back from a golf hiatus is usually my best. I'm not thinking too much so I do ok shooting about 3 over par on every hole. The next day I start thinking, get tense and things don't go well. That's why I only play a few times a year. I'd rather ride my bike or dig in my garden. 

It's nice that you'll get to see your friends at the club. Is it true that club membership can lead to being appointed ambassador? Business Insider speculates that's the reason that Lana Marks has been nominated to serve as top diplomat in South Africa. It's great that she speaks Afrikaans and Xhosa, but are you sure that designing and selling handbags made from diamonds and exotic animal hides prepares one for diplomacy? I'm afraid Lana has some shady business practices and has been sued by all kinds of people, including lawyers. Turns out she forgets to pay her bills. Perhaps attention to detail is not required of diplomats. I would think dependability would be. Do you think she's dependable?

PS - I will hold us all in the Light as we work our way through this Saudia Arabia thing. As the WSJ points out, it's complicated. I'd be happy if we stop selling them arms. We don't want a guy with bad judgement to have weapons that can be used against us someday. Let's learn from our mistake of supporting Saddan Hussein during the 1970s and 80s and be cautious about trusting MbS.
