My dear Friend and president, DJT,

            Thanks for being your best self yesterday when all of those daughters and sons were at the WH! You said all the right things. "Never take drugs, don't drink, don't smoke, you don't need it." That's a tall order in our world today, but sound advice! When you talked about how you marvel at the wonder of the WH, you modeled the kind of gratitude that Bene Brown claims leads to joy. I was thrilled to hear you acknowledge that the press core reports accurately. Finally, I found it strangely moving when you told the kids to kiss their parents. Please show that side of yourself more often. You could start today when you give your speech at the NRA convention in Indianapolis.

            Please help me understand why you invited Shinzo Abe to the WH when he has a gigantic event starting up at home? As I'm sure you know, they are getting a new emperor in Japan and the whole country is taking 10 days off to celebrate. Perhaps Shinzo wants to distance himself from Prince Naruhito who has "expressed concern about widening income gaps and ongoing global conflicts" and doesn't want to militarize the country. I'm surprised that Shinzo was willing to miss a minute of all of the excitement of ushering in the reign of Reiwa(beautiful harmony). 

            You are lucky that Shinzo has been so loyal to you, so don't go too hard on him about trade issues. I'm sure you, two, will be strategizing on what to do about KJU and his new BFF, VVP. I'm glad those guys aren't my neighbors.
