My dear Friend and President, DJT,

            I am very excited and don't have much time so this will be short. Today is the first day of class for my EDU 100 class, Introduction to schools. Kind of silly, isn't it? To introduce people to schools who have been attending them for 15 years, but it's like the fish in the fish bowl. They don't really know about the water they're swimming in. I could say that more eloquently if I had more time, but I don't, so I won't.

            Speed writing is fun!

            So, it looks like you had a nice time with the X-Cons at the First Step celebration yesterday. I think it's great that folks can get of jail now. It would be even better if we didn't put them there in the first place. Alice Marie Johnson is such a great ambassador for the program. That woman is so full of love and forgiveness. We all have a lot to learn from her generosity of spirit and her tenacity. She never gave up hope even when she had a life sentence. 

            Speaking of jail, I'm worried that some of the new state legislation regarding abortion might put some women in jail for any kind of terminated pregnancy. I know it sounds far-fetched but when a 6-week-old fetus somehow leaves the womb, it might be hard to tell what caused the miscarriage. It would be a miscarriage of justice to call that "abortion" when it could be for a variety of reasons, like a woman taking a sauna when she didn't know she was pregnant. Please start advocating for women to have control over their bodies.

            Speed writing may be taking me off topic so I will stop.
