My dear Friend and President, DJT,

          In case you were wondering, my husband's surgery went fine and now he is recuperating. Have you spent much time in hospitals? The number of employees is remarkable! While in Room 4131 we have interfaced with 5 nurses, 4 food servers, 1 volunteer, 1 EKG tech, 2 surgeons, 3 Resident, I NP - all very nice but somewhat overwhelming. Then there's all the people who clean and keep the equipment running, and don't get me started on how much waste this place generates. I am so grateful that we have insurance and access to this level of care but do wonder if there might be a more efficient way to deliver it. Drug prices are just a piece of a much larger puzzle. I hope you continue to work on improving this complex system.

            So today you're meeting your buddy, Andrej Babiš, PM of the Czech Republic. That should be fun. According to the Guardian you are two peas in a pod. He's a little richer than you are. You probably have a few more scandals than he does. He seems to have wider popular support. You both have conflicts of interests. You'll have so much to discuss!

            Your conversation with the teens at the Senate Youth Conference (SYC) will be a bit trickier. There are going to be kids there, like Kevin Drahos, from Marion Iowa. After the Parkland shooting he organized a walk-out at his school and a die-in at the state capital. Like all the kids at SYC, he's a super scholar.If he gets a chance he might be asking you some challenging questions about gun control. I hope you're ready!
