My dear Friend and President, DJT,

So much to write about, so little time. 

How is your search for a new Chief of Staff going? As you well know the WP and NYT are having a field day with this saying you don’t have a Plan B, that the WH is a “den of disorder” and that you have a “central casting mindset” because you want someone that looks the part. My take is that you love change and so you are relishing this opportunity to spice up your life with a reorg. I think KellyAnne is your best bet. She’s loyal, does not call attention to herself and knows how you tick. It would also be good to have a woman running the show at the WH. I assume she gets along with Melania and apparently has found a way to co-exist with Jared and Ivanka. You wouldn’t have to train her because she knows the show. 

What are your thoughts about Mark Meadows? Politico says he’s a “skilled brawler” and would “appeal to your worst instincts.” Apparently, he knows a lot about how Congress operates so that might come in handy. He may be too self-serving, though. He seems like an ambitious guy and might steal the show.

I hope your meeting with Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer goes well this morning. I encourage you to sit in silence together for a few minutes so you might all get some divine inspiration to resolve our immigration disagreements. My Friend, Kary, is down at the border right now with a group of religious folk protesting the heavy military presence there. Their slogan is “Love knows no borders.”

That’s what the folks in Ireland think. As you know they are not keen on having a wall between Northern Ireland and the rest of the country, so Brexit is turning to be quite the can of worms. Perhaps you can call Theresa May and offer a few words of encouragement as she tries to finalize her deal.
