My Dear Friend & POTUS, DJT,
Thanks for opening up your contact the White House portal. It’s been down for about a month & I feared it was gone forever. The new one seems geared towards veterans as it asks for which branch of the military the submitter belongs to & what their rank was. Perhaps you will only be looking at requests for assistance with the VA, but I hope one of your people at least skims my missives.
I was surprised to see that the text box can hold 4000 characters. I will have to restrain myself from filling it up. Perhaps I can start using people’s full names rather than their initials. We’ll see.
Did you see the photo of you on the front page of the G today with a woman & man standing behind you looking shocked? It’s hilarious!
It accompanies a story about the global condemnation that came after your announcement that you plan to take over Gaza so you can turn it into the Riviera of the Middle East. I heard Jared saying something along those lines a week or two ago & assumed he was joking.
I love that you both have imaginations that can dream of turning a war zone into a resort. I propose you move ahead with that plan & have the 5.8 million displaced Palestinians come live in FL while they wait for the development to move forward. I got the sense your plan involves constructing massive apartment buildings to house them, so they’d have jobs working at the resort. I don’t think it’s a good idea to send US troops there to make it happen & I’d prefer my tax dollars go to building housing for the folks who live in Riverwalk Park.
I hope you have a good conversation with my governor today and will be supportive of our efforts to get LA back up and running again.
Please reconsider the freeze on USAID funding . Folks around the world, especially those in Burma, need our help. Little kids depend on the food provided by the Food for Peace Emergency Food Assistance Program. People with AIDs rely on PEPFAR. Those programs promote good will around the world. I hate to see us squandering it.
