My Dear Friend & POTUS, JRB,

            Please reconsider the military expenditures in the Emergency National Security Supplemental Appropriations Act (ENSSAA). Our military is fine, so no need to spend $34.9 billion to restore its readiness. I also question the need to send $10.6 billion to support Israel. I am troubled that the defense industry with its $140 million lobbying efforts has sold our elected officials more weapons than the world can tolerate. It’s time to stop profiting from war. WINTA!

            Did your schmoozing with the Culinary Union yield any viral TikTok videos? I noticed that most of the workers had their phones up & seemed excited to see you. According to AP, your campaign team has decided to go-small, to widen the aperture & take advantage of your skills as a retail politician. They believe that the TikTok videos & Instagram stories filmed by your fans will reach voters more effectively than television ads & speeches. I hope that works out for you.

            How was the boba tea? Its popular here in Davis, so I assume it’s delicious. National Geographic calls it a “textural marvel.” Did you enjoy the tapioca pearls? It’s got too many carbs for me, so I don’t drink it.

            I loved seeing the expression on your face when reporters asked you if you planned to debate 45. The guy is such a joker. He says Americans need to see a debate, yet he refuses to debate Nicki Haley. Oh well.

            Please thank PM Srettha Thavisin for establishing a humanitarian safe zone near Mae Sot at the Thai border with Burma & support his efforts to get the junta talking with its combatants. A Yangon Friend is in Mae Sot now & says the refugees living there need lots of help. Please make sure that some of the $2.334 billion in the ENSSAA for refugees goes to Burmese people.
