My Dear Friend & POTUS, JRB,      

            I am playing something called Frequency of God • Love, peace and miracles • Law of attraction 963 Hz + 432 Hz.  It’s supposed to have Solfeggio frequencies thought to open the chakras. 432 is known as the Schumann Resonance which some Italian scientists found slows down the heart rate. 963 activates the pineal gland which sits at the center of our brains & was named “the seat of the soul” by Renee Descartes. Who knows whether having these sounds surrounding me will give me access to the divine spark within, but the vibes can’t hurt.

            It seems you could use some good vibes today, so I encourage you to bathe in some Solfeggio frequencies.

            Who are you rooting for in the Superbowl today? I’m just hoping for a great game since I have allegiances to both teams. I cheered for the 49ers back in the 90s when I lived in SF. I started watching KC when my daughter moved to the home of the Chefs (note the I is left out intentionally). We appreciate sports diversions in our house so we’re grateful to have a big game on this afternoon.

            The only thing in the news today that inspired me was a piece about the Arab-Americans in Dearborn, MI who are resisting the negative news about their city. 31-year-old Palestinian American Lexis Zeidan caught my attention with her commitment to “reclaim that narrative in the face of a country that is trying to paint us in a false light.”

            Speaking of Narrative Power, I encourage you to consult with the Othering & Belonging Institute. They “bring together researchers, communications strategists… to develop narratives for belonging that advance inclusive “we” identities in civil society & uplift the political influence of marginalized groups in public life.” They might be able to help you overcome the ageism that you are facing. They may also help you develop a new way of talking about refugees so we can accommodate more of them, especially from Burma.
