My Dear Friend & POTUS,

            I have not heard back from Rep Matsui’s office. Not surprising, given the holiday.

Are your tech people finding new jobs? I ask because your WH website is not up-to-date. The last blog post is from Nov 26. & the last “remarks” are from Dec 19. Is everyone in the WH letting go?

            If you want to push through to Jan 20, I suggest you alert them to Hexagram 50 (HX 50), which Tarot.com claims is the one for today. HX 50 the cauldron & can suggest something is “cooking.” We don’t know just what, so we must stay strong & keep our eyes on the prize, preparing ourselves for whatever auspicious event is about to happen. Quite a fitting divination for the day before Christmas!

            Speaking of preparing oneself for whatever is next, the migrants who have Temporary Protective Status are doing just that. As I hope you are aware, a group of them is on a hunger strike & protesting near the SCOTUS building. According to El Pais, “currently, more than 600,000 immigrants from 16 countries have TPS.” They pay taxes, own businesses & are part of our communities. They deserve to be here as much as anyone else. Please heed their request to extend their TPS status so they can have some food, go home & celebrate Christmas with their families.

            The folks from Burma with TPS have it until November 25, 2025. Please extend that as long as you can.

            As we think of our brethren in Burma, let’s take the time to watch the new documentary “Cancelled” about Aung San Suu Kyi. Her son, Kim Aris is begging for her release. Perhaps you could call him & let him know that we care.
