This AP headline, being picked up all over the internet, must be a great way to start your week.

            Your meetings with Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen(MF) of Denmark & the KC Chiefs should keep you in good spirits today.

            It looks like MF doesn’t shy away from a fight in her efforts to keep her coalition together. What do you think of her bold move to cancel Store Bededag, aka Great Prayer Day, 4 weeks after Easter. The unions claim it will screw up negotiations because those 7.4 hours have been accounted for in their contracts. I’m disappointed that the cancelation is an effort to raise $ for defense spending. WINTA!

            Please help her reconsider her stance on immigrants. According to the G, her party, “the Social Democrats, voted in favor of a law allowing jewelry to be stripped from refugees, & a burqa/niqab ban, & abstained rather than voted against a law on mandatory handshakes irrespective of religious sentiment at citizenship ceremonies, & a plan to house criminal asylum seekers on an island used for researching contagious animal diseases.” YUK!

            You might ask about her relationship with Queen Margrethe 2. I was intrigued to see that QM2’s daughter-in-law, Crown Princess Mary Elizabeth, visited Bangladesh last year to check on the Rohingya refugees. She “endured terrible heat” & “inquired about their lives & (possible) repatriation” & “saw the preventive measures taken to tackle erosion at hills that are at risk due to the construction of the camps.” Please send one of your people to check out the situation on your behalf.
