            What’s up with your brother, James? His name is in the top story of the WP regarding some kind of deal making. Don’t you wish your family members didn’t use their relationship with you to make $$?

            I am confused by your schedule today. It has you heading to DE at 10 AM. I hope you are not going for a short stay. Constant travel sets a bad example for the rest of us. We need to be mindful of our carbon footprint.

            As I ponder which travel is worth doing, I am supportive of Sec LJ Austin’s upcoming trip to Israel. I hope he can persuade Bibi & his buddy, Yoav Gallant, to change their strategies & end their large-scale ground & air campaign in the Gaza Strip.  I appreciate that you have moved away from the rhetoric of killing all of the Hamas combatants.

            Jennifer Rubin writes that you need to continue the tricky business of differentiating between your “rock-solid support for Israel” & your “limited, transactional relationship with its failed prime minister.” I have faith that you can do it.

            As you commit support to places, please express your backing to the people of Burma by recognizing the NUG. News from the Hindu indicates that even though the junta is losing ground they remain “the most effective & best-armed fighting force’ in the country.” France 24 reports that clashes continue to rage despite the cease-fire talks that China sponsored between the junta & the Three Brotherhood Alliance. Perhaps you can send Sec LJA to South East Asia & he can talk some sense into the generals & get them to settle their differences with the people of their country.
