My dear Friend & POTUS, JRB,

            This very minute you are aboard AF1 & Jen Psaki has just started “gaggling” with National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, whatever that means. Doesn’t a gaggle have something to do with geese?

I understand that your first stop will be Royal Air Force Midenhall. I find that name confusing because it makes it sound like the base is for UK planes, but it seems to be a US base. Lately they are excited about an air refueling mission in which the KC-135 Stratotanker provided gas for a F-35 over France. This sounds to me like a big waste of fossil fuel & not at all in keeping with our climate change goals. Please do what you can to encourage more research into electric airplanes. That’s right, electric airplanes. I just read about the Kitty Hawk Heaviside electric vertical takeoff and landing vehicle that is being tested out at Wright-Patterson AFB. Its 100 times quieter than a helicopter. Isn’t that exciting?

            I hope that you hit it off with Boris Johnson (BJ). The WP suggests that even though the two of you have very different styles, you could become buddies as have many POTUSs & PMs in the past. Perhaps you can help him with this complicated deal being worked out about the border between the EU & UK in Northern Ireland. BJ is not great on specifics like pets without passports, sausage & veterinary agreements. You may be able to help him see that the devil is in the details & he needs to dot his “I’s” and cross his “t”s.

            Please make sure that Myanmar is on the agenda of the G7.
