         When is the election over? When the last ballot is cast? When the margin is so large that the remaining ballots won’t make a difference? When the last provisional vote is counted? or when the last law suit is adjudicated? I don’t know but I hope it ends soon.

Your supporters are at various stages of their mourning periods. Most are in denial. Elisabeth Kübler-Ross says this is the first stage of grief that carries us through the pain of loss. You fuel this denial when you insist the election is not over. I’m worried that this denial period may persist for a long time, & you will not be able to move on. You’ll all be like Bill Murray in Groundhog Day, stuck reliving Nov 3, 2020, over & over again. That would be a pity. You have a bright future ahead. I am imagining you running a media empire where your fans can continue to adore you. Remaining in denial will prevent you from pursuing that project.

Many Trumpers are angry, expressing resentment at all of the people who voted for JRB & demonstrating their rage in rallies in Phoenix, Philly, Harrisburg & Salem, OR. Some may be engaging in bargaining, which comes in the form of “if only” statements, regretting that they didn’t reach out to undecided voters or that they didn’t take CV seriously.

The majority of your voters are in the 4th stage of grief & feeling depressed. You could lift them up if you extolled the virtues of democracy & assured them that there are still plenty of GOPers in Congress to provide a check to JRB’s power. You can take credit for counteracting the Blue Wave with a Red Wave that is keeping the nation balanced. That might help you all feel better so you can get to the last stage of grief, ACCEPTANCE.

            So please put your phone away & go to church. Better yet, go to the Quaker Meeting near the WH where no one will tell you what to think & you can sit in silence so you can hear the still small voice which can help you find your way.
