My dear Friend, DJT,

            The votes are in. The counting continues and the math problems abound. We’ve got comparisons, percentages & probabilities. Creative teachers are having a field day, thinking up how to engage their students in exercising their problem-solving skills regarding the election. My favorite scenario of the day is the rationale provided by Fox for why they called the AZ election in favor of JRB. Just in case you weren’t listening when your staff explained it, here’s what they said, “With 80 percent of the expected vote counted, Biden was ahead by 5 percentage points, with a roughly 130,000-vote lead over Trump with about 2.6 million ballots counted.” I’m going to invite my student teachers to ponder that & see if they can make a graphical representation of it. It’s classic 8th grade math. Don’t you love it?

            I woke up feeling a bit lighter this morning feeling like balance might be returning. I think you will feel the same when this is all said & done. I admire your tenacity in wanting to fight to the finish, but for your own sake, I hope you will accept the results & move on with your life if need be.

Your lawyers may be smart, but our conservative Supreme Court seems to favor state’s right & in this case the states get to dictate how they handle their votes. It may be mind-boggling, but it is what it is. So, don’t get your hopes up that ACB is going to ensure your re-election. I don’t want you to be too disappointed.
