My Dear Friend and President, DJT,
How was the rally last night? I’m glad that people got off their couches to get civically engaged. Union folks, who find your policies troubling, hit the streets. Folks, who are bothered by your immigration, policies hit the streets, and of course, your fans spent the night in the cold to attend your rally. Most energetic of all were the war protesters who had the courage to interrupt the rally with their NO WAR banner. Citizens getting politically active – that’s what democracy is all about – don’t you think?
Apparently, you made some “cynical comments” about the environment yesterday. I like to think that you aren’t being cynical, just ill informed. I encourage you to call Mary Nicholas, CA’s Chair of the Air Resources Board, to help you understand the difference between “air pollution” and “carbon emissions.” As an environmentalist, you need to get that straight. You might also call Sandy Wynn-Stelt whose been drinking well water polluted by PFAS, a chemical dumped by the neighboring shoe factory. She can help you understand why EPA regulations are important.
As long as you are calling people, you might call JPJT and express your sympathies for the deaths of 63 innocent Canadians in that plane that Iran apparently shot down. I’m sure you feel awful that your decision may have led to that disaster.
Happy Friday,
