I'm afraid you might have a few awkward moments today and you may wish you had never sent those tweets about Baltimore being a rat-infested city not fit for human habitation. Are sure you want to go there today? It might be better to invite the House GOP over to the WH and talk to them there. They can have their retreat without you and try to figure out how to stop all of their colleagues from quitting. I'm sure they are relieved that their buddy Dan Bishop won the NC-9th so maybe they'll focus on the positive and not get too caught up with being the underdogs these days.
It was nice of you to give the Chinese a 2-week extensions on raising the tariffs. I'm sure you didn't know that the original plan would involve raising tariffs on their Birthday. That would be like their doing something mean to us on July 4. It was nice of them to remove tariffs on 16 products, including cancer drugs gefitinib and capecitabine. Gefitinib, which they use for lung cancer, already costs $1470 a month. Putting a tariff on that is only hurting the poor families that are trying to keep their loved ones alive. This whole trade war is getting crazy!
I have to run. We're going to be working on numerical expressions in the 5th grade today. It should be fun!!!
Just remember that if you can't say something nice, don't say anything!!!!
