My dear friend and president, DJT,

            It's the ninth day of the ninth month in the year nineteen. Don't you just love numbers??? The Chinese celebrate their "double ninth" with something called the Chongyang festival. Since they're on the lunar calendar, it's on Oct 7 this year. On 9/9 they think about avoiding disaster and prolonging life with proper preparation. According to Quartz, "Risks are heightened at this time because there is too much masculine energy at loose in the world." Of course, the best way to deal with this is to climb a mountain and drink chrysanthemum wine. The smell of the wine makes the demons dizzy and getting to higher ground is always a good idea. Unfortunately, I don't have any wine or a mountain nearby so I'll just have to fill up some water jugs so I can be prepared for the next disaster. Perhaps you could popularize the idea of emergency preparedness by proclaiming the double ninth a special day.

            Speaking of 9, Isn't it exciting that the NC-9 is having a special election tomorrow? I know that you and MRP are heading there for rallies. If you really want to make sure that your guy wins, you might want to recognize the Lumbee Tribe. They have been trying to get full federal status as a sovereign nation since 1888. They've got 40,000 eligible voters in the NC-9 and they might sway the election. They are riled up since some of their votes may have been tampered with in 2018. If you promised them recognition, some might vote for your "Dan" instead of Dan McCready. You might want to make a stop in Pembroke before your rally tonight to see what's going on there.
