My dear Friend and President, DJT,
What a relief that you will be hosting the St. Louis Blues today in honor of their Stanley Cup victory in June! Unlike other WH championship celebrations, this time the whole team will be there. That may be because most of the players are Kanooks and really don't care about politics. According to the The Globe and Mail, "hockey players are the voice of reason on today’s profound cultural and political matters. They don’t want to speak to them because they realize they have nothing useful to say. They’re hockey players. They want to play hockey, not puzzle out in public the political implications of unrest in Hong Kong on stability in Asia, or the wisdom of impeachment." According to the St. Louis News Dispatch the players are excited to see inside the WH, so it should be a fun time.
Make sure to talk with Chris Butler. He just retired because he wanted to save his brain. He's a St. Louis native and has two cute girls. He wants to get into real estate so he might seek you out for some advice.
So, it looks like Fiona Hill had a lot to say in her 10-hour testimony yesterday. As you know she's suspicious of folks like VVP and was troubled by RWP's activities in the Ukraine. It appears that JRB was, too. I'm sure you've seen John Bolton (JRB) quoted as saying that RWP was a "hand grenade who’s going to blow everybody up.” Who would think that JRB would ever be applauded by the liberal media? Things just keep getting crazier and crazier.
Try to put all that aside and enjoy your visit with the Blues today. A little normalcy will do you some good.
